I’ve worked every angle of this business—carrier, distributor, strategist—and I’ve done it at the highest level.
I led national sales teams at Ivari and Financial Horizons, helped design and launch products for Canada’s top insurers, and sat across from some of the country’s most sophisticated advisors and clients. I’ve built distribution strategies, trained wholesalers, coached advisors, and supported thousands of complex plans from design to delivery.
But somewhere along the way, I realized the system was broken.
Stakeholders weren’t being engaged on their terms. Clients felt overwhelmed. Accountants were skeptical. Advisors were left trying to sell sophisticated solutions with basic tools and little backup.
So I built something better.
I made it my mission to help advisors become better storytellers—and better team builders. To bring accountants in early. To communicate in a way clients actually understood. And to offer real case support when it mattered most.
